A tour booking is completed in just one screen. An administrator can quickly choose a tour, enter in contact details, meal choices, assign a pickup location, assign concessions, check availability and add travel options such as bundled accommodation. There is also the ability for authorised staff to negotiate price and override the base price.

Payment types include credit card, cash and “cash pay later”. If the Cash pay later options is chosen credit card details can be stored as a guarantee and fees for late cancellations can be withdrawn.

Credit card details are securely stored off-site with an international payment gateway.

Group bookings
Group bookings are either direct or assigned to a specific agent (wholesale and non-credit). Group bookings can include combinations of your own tours as well as products from external vendors.

Group bookings allow for a deposits and you can track progress payments. Group booking can be credit card, cash and electronic funds transfer.

Previous Orders
All of your previous booking are easily entered into Sightsee. This allows for a fast and easy transition to our system.
