Create transport & pickup locations

Different types of transport can be created and assigned to categories of transport.

Pickup locations include the suburb, pickup locations, time of pickup and are associated to tour packages and products.

When creating transport an administrator can:

Add the number of seats per vehicle
Select the recurring days a vehicle is unavailable or schedule downtime in advance
Associate the vehicle to a tour package, product and choose pickup locations

Create courtesy buses
Courtesy buses can be set up with the days they are available and the number of seats. An administrator can search by date and list all courtesy buses with the number of seats available on that day.

List allocated vehicles
An administrator can search by vehicle or all vehicles and by pickup zone or all zones and the system will list the vehicles with allocated seats and the available seats.
